For me, working for ITW is more than working in the most beautiful and greatest team. At ITW, they treat each employee with respect, the work environment is pleasant, and colleagues are wonderful. Communication between colleagues is excellent, you can have support from colleagues anytime you request. Furthermore, at ITW they always do what they say to employees. Working with people from different parts of the world is amazing and challenging.

Filiz Karaduman

Area Sales Manager - Eastern Europe & Turkey

Working with the ITW Business model for more than 10 years provided me a chance to improve my professionalism for different perspectives. Decentralized entrepreneurial culture supported me to think and act like an owner. It gives me sort of trust to make the best decisions and drive the results for the business. 80/20 gave me a professionalism about filtering things to do and focusing on most important subjects and efficient time management. The Miller brand has a glorious history of over 100 years. I am also proud to be a part of the team representing such a prestigious brand in Europe.

No day is the same – the tasks are varied and exciting. The international setting brings fresh perspectives and makes everyday work especially diverse.

Working for ITW Welding and Miller is fantastic. You are part of a team of specialists who define the landscape of welding on an international level and it is great to be part of that group of people. I have the opportunity to meet people with different backgrounds and cultures. My colleagues are a diverse, international group and that enriches life a lot. I feel very much valued in that team. My input is appreciated and it is great to see how products and people have evolved during my time at Miller.

One motto my colleagues at Miller have taught me is: ‘There are no problems, only solutions.’ This mindset motivates me every single day and perfectly reflects our company spirit.
I truly enjoy working at Miller, where my passion for welding technology meets top-tier, innovative equipment. What I value most is the diversity in our team—everyone brings different strengths and perspectives, creating a harmonious and inspiring work environment.
It’s always a great experience to present our technology to customers and at trade shows—and to see firsthand how our solutions impress. Every day brings new challenges and exciting tasks that help me grow professionally and personally. That’s what makes working at Miller so rewarding and dynamic.

I joined in 2022 and have had many positive experiences since then. Miller stands out for its flat hierarchies and strong team spirit, which you feel every day at work. At the same time, the international environment brings a lot of variety to the role.
